The Great Park at Morgan Falls On October 14, 2004 an RFP for the Design of the Great Park at Morgan Falls Phase 1 was released. We are excited to announce that Eberly & Associates was selected and a contract awarded on December 8, 2004 . Their work is underway. Phase 1 amenities includes development of the Bull Sluice area of the Great Park at Morgan Falls. Eberly & Associates will prepare a design for an open air pavilion, a canoe/kayak dock, trail placement on the 25 acre parcel, parking, invasive species removal, signage for trails, landscaping, a new gate and a new monument sign for the park, and more.
