SSRI has secured federal funds and Fulton County has provided the required local match for pedestrian and bicycle improvements on Sandy Springs Circle from Cliftwood Drive to Roswell Road and on parts of Hammond Drive from Sandy Springs Circle to Roswell Road where streetscape is not already planned in private developments.

The project is approximatley 1 mile in length. The engineering firm of QK4 was selected by SSRI to do design work.

In April 2005 SSRI invited the public to review and comment on the initial concept designs.
